What are the costs of travel using Deutsche Bahn? Did prices increase or did my purchasing behavior change? The trend towards less frequent travels with more expensive tickets is evident. Same goes towards the shift of traveling during the weekends.

Bochum Ping Pong Map

Is there a way to measure the quality of life in a city? Coming up with an all-encompassing metric is difficult. However, the availability of ping pong tables surely plays a big role. Where are the ping pong tables? What is the proximity of the average population to the nearest table? Using the location of ping pong tables from OpenStreetMaps, we analyze the situation in Bochum. Luckily Germany has a lot of passionate table tennis players that keep the data up to date.
